An Integrated Approach to Senior Care
Care Associates provides integrated care coordination and medical services to seniors in the greater New Orleans area who are experiencing serious illness. Our services encompass a variety of support options, such as case management, home care coordination, adult day health care, and help with residential facility placement when needed. Furthermore, our clients benefit from the convenience of receiving medical, palliative, and hospice care on-site from our dedicated medical team and hospice agency, all within our single organization for seamless care.
WE ARE PEOPLE WHO CARE
Expanding our Vision for Personalized Care
Care Associates was founded to address the growing need for integrated senior care, providing seamless support for individuals facing serious illness, frailty, and limited access to coordinated services.
With decades of experience in elderly care, hospice, and internal medicine, Dr. Ricardo Febry co-founded Hospice Associates of New Orleans (HANO) in 2004 and rebranded it into Care Associates in 2023. His vision was to create a comprehensive care model that bridges gaps in medical and non-medical services, ensuring seniors receive the right level of support before hospice care is needed.
Today, Care Associates offers a full spectrum of services, including primary, palliative, and hospice care, as well as non-medical support to enhance safety, reduce isolation, and improve access to coordinated care. As a registered Medicare Part A and Part B provider, we are committed to delivering physician-led, patient-centered care throughout every stage of aging in Greater New Orleans and South Louisiana.
